This specific offer is for Shopify stores. We’re certified Shopify Partners with deep platform expertise. If clients need Square Online or WooCommerce instead, we offer those too—just book a call and we’ll discuss the best fit for the business and budget.

Absolutely. We match your brand colors, logo, fonts, and overall style within the 14-day scope. The design is customized for your business, not a generic template. If you need extensive custom development (complex features, custom apps, unique integrations), that would be a separate project with custom pricing.

You own the store completely. No recurring fees to us. Shopify charges their monthly platform fee (starting at $39/month), but that goes directly to them. We provide a training video so you can manage orders, add products, and update content yourself. If you want ongoing support, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $750/month for updates, optimization, and technical help.

No problem. The 14 days is our build time, not your deadline. We launch when you’re ready. We just need your content within 48 hours of the kickoff call to start the build process. If there are delays gathering materials, the timeline extends accordingly—but we’ll still deliver quality work as soon as you’re ready.

Yes, we connect your custom domain to your Shopify store as part of the setup. For email (like info@yourbusiness.com), Shopify doesn’t provide email hosting, so you’ll need a separate email provider like Google Workspace ($6/month) or a free option through your domain registrar. We can guide you through the setup process.

This package is specifically for building a complete Shopify store. If you have an existing WordPress or other website and want to add e-commerce, we’d need to discuss integration options. Shopify works best as a standalone store, but we can help you figure out the right approach for your situation on a strategy call.

$4,500 covers everything we do: design, development, up to 10 products configured, payment processing setup, shipping configuration, mobile optimization, SEO basics, and training. The only additional costs are Shopify’s monthly platform fee ($39-$399/month depending on plan), payment processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction standard), and any premium apps you choose to add. No surprise charges from us.

Because this is a custom service, we don’t offer refunds once work begins. However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy with the design direction after the first review (Day 5-7), we’ll revise until you’re satisfied or we can part ways with no hard feelings. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project starts, but we’re committed to delivering work you’ll love.

The store setup includes basic SEO (meta tags, structured data, optimized page titles), but ongoing marketing like Google Ads, Facebook ads, email campaigns, or social media management is separate. We can recommend trusted marketing professionals, or we can discuss adding marketing services as a monthly retainer after your store launches.

Payment structure is 50% deposit ($2,250) to start, and 50% ($2,250) before launch. We don’t currently offer extended payment plans, but if you need financing, Shopify offers business loans and there are third-party options like Affirm or PayPal Credit that some clients have used successfully.
